Graphics Programmer
We are seeking an experienced graphics
programmer to work on our MMP Pirates of the Burning Sea. The person we
hire will be primarily focused on graphics and physics, with some additional
involvement in game systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluation and integration
of third party graphics and physics middleware.
- Working with artists to
build shaders and support the art pipeline
- Writing shaders for
DirectX
Requirements:
- 4 years professional
software development.
- 2 years 3D graphics
experience.
- Excellent C/C++ skills.
- Good oral and written
communication skills.
- Large project (200k+ lines
of code) experience.
- Self-starter; able to set
goals for self and meet them.
- Proven ability to deliver
on time.
- Experience working with a
team.
- Involved in the release of
one or more commercial software products.
- Strong 3D math skills.
- B.S. in Computer Science
or equivalent work experience.
Bonus Qualifications:
- 2 years
DirectX experience.
- Exposure to one or more
graphics middleware packages
- Previous shipped titles.
- Online game experience.
